Building Process

Building the two stroke bike was significantly easier compared to the four stroke bike. I didn’t have to do any intense drilling or anything. There were some problems with air leaks in the carburetor which I fixed with gasket sealant. Furthermore, I accidentally dropped a nut through the exhaust port into the crankcase, which resulted in me disassembling the entire engine and shaking the nut out. In the process, I broke a piston ring and stripped a cylinder head bolt by accident. However, after ordering new parts and fixing the bike, it functioned immaculately with the 16:1 gas to oil mix.
